Incense bowl copper chakras

The beautiful bowl is made of copper.
It is ideal for ritual smoking or as a mixing bowl for various herbs. It is also ideal for decoration purposes and for storage.
For smoking, we recommend filling the bowl with sand and then placing a quick-release charcoal on it so that it does not get too much heat.
As soon as the coal is nicely glowing, you can then spread the herbs on it for smoking.
With a diameter of approx. 7.5cm and a total height of approx. 5cm, the bowl has an optimal size, because it is also suitable to take with you, even with its rather light weight.
Chakras are subtle energy vortices that are located both inside and outside the human body. You can find these in different areas, such as Ayurveda, meditation, Reiki, TCM, yoga, etc. Chakras even appear in bioenergetics and in the Alexander Technique.
Knowledge of the seven chakras is based on numerous traditions from culture to culture. From Tibet and India, among other things, very different approaches are known. In Europe, the traditional knowledge about the chakras was lost through Christianization. It was only in the last centuries of Celtic culture that people like Rudolf Steiner and Johann Wolfgang von Goethe took up and revived the subject of the chakras.
